## 3. Statutory 14-Day Return & Exchange Rights
In accordance with Law No. 39/2014 issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) of Kuwait:
1. **Eligibility Period**: Customers may request an exchange or return within **14 calendar days** from the physical delivery date.
2. **Product Condition**: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original retail packaging with intact security seals, tags, barcodes, and included accessories.
3. **Excluded Items**: Perishable goods, personal hygiene items, cosmetics/fragrances whose outer wrap has been broken, and custom made-to-order goods cannot be returned unless verified defective upon receipt.
4. **Refund Processing**: Approved refunds are credited back to the original KNet debit card or credit card within 3-5 business days depending on the local issuing bank.
